Serum for TSH, T4 and cortisol
Administration of intravenous thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3)
Switch to oral rhyroxine when patient stable
Stress dose intravenous hydrocortisone
Supportive measures
  Ventilatory support
  Fluids/vasopressors to correct hypotension
  Passive rewarming
  Correction of hypoglycaemia
  Treatment of underlying infection
