A Scutum Presenting as a White Mass Behind an Intact Tympanic Membrane

C, D, after instillation of the steroid otic solution for a week, otoscopic examination revealed a white bulged mass like lesion (*) at the postersuperior quadrants of the intact tympanic membrane.
